Metalloinvest to offer 2028 Eurobond replacement bonds Wed–Oct 13

MOSCOW, Oct 5 (PRIME) -- Russian metals holding Metalloinvest plans to collect bids for bonds that would partially replace a U.S. $650 million 2028 Eurobond from Wednesday through October 13, the company said in a statement.

The company will collect bids to replace the Eurobonds that were placed by Metalloinvest Finance D.A.C. with a coupon of 3.375% annually and the rights on which are held by the Russian depositories.

The replacement bonds will have the same coupon, maturity date, and face value and settlements on them will be done in rubles, the company said.
